I really need some 60s inspired clothing?

I've checked practically every vintage site and the clothes are either tasteless or dear. I've checked on ebay too and nothing attracts me. I'm looking for some hippie/psychedelic styles and some mod dresses and skirts. Does anyone know a website that does have nice clothes on with reasonable prices? It doesn't need to be vintage but just inspired 60s clothing. Or does anyone know any good shops in the north of England that sells good 60s fashion?

How to achieve a vintage – hippyish – relaxed look in makeup, hair & style?

Washing vintage clothing?

What do you do if you know nothing about fabric?
Dry cleaners or handwash? I handwash all my vintage stockings and lingerie. But with the outfits, dry cleaning is getting expensive, can the detergents mess up the clothes, what do you do?
p.s all the clothes are from around the 40s/50s (I don't mind sending the suits for dry cleaning as I don't wear them often, but I like to wear the dresses). It's just a friend of mine washed a beauuuutiful dress on handwash setting and it faded like hell.
Do you think steam cleaning will work?

What are some vintage or indie clothing websites?

Vintage Clothing Shops !?

Hey, so lately I've become quite interested in vintage fashion.
I have seen lots of fashion sites on the internet but the clothes are only ever said to be 'vintage', and the shop names are never given.
So, I was wondering if anyone knew any good vintage stores in and around London.
If you could give me the name & the nearest tube station that would be appreciated.
Thanks.

vintage clothing??

is wintage clothing like the type that dipset wears??? i want to know where can i find clothes like that for girls??? any nice girly shoes website??

Simply buying label clothing does not make you fahionable/mean you have style. Agree / disagree?

Whilst in my local shopping centre the other day I overheard a vacuous conversation being had between two girls standing near me - one of them said to the other "Oh yeah, *man's name* he's got well good style cause he buys only label clothing...".

Being a total vintage clothing junkie who takes a lot of grief from the local chavs and townies for the way I present myself, my opinion is that it doesn't matter about where you obtain your clothes from (it could be vintage clothing shops, ebay, charity shops, high street, label stores), if you aren't a dipsh*t, know how to match styles and colours, have an eye for what looks good and ultimately feel confident with yourself, your style and what you are wearing, then that's what it's all about.

What are people's opinions?

For example Ruche;

It would also help if the clothes weren't outrageously expensive.

Do you know of any good vintage clothing stores?

I love outfits that are different, but not so different that I look like I'm trying to hard, you know? I'd also like to know of a store that sells punk-ish clothes. And I love colors.
Links would be nice. : )
I'm in Illinois.
