we are a vintage clothing store located in the rio grande valley, TX. we recently opened a new location down the street from the university and are looking for some good ideas to have a successful grand opening. what are some things that have worked out for you? what are some ideas that have driven you to a grand opening.
Offer some sort of free gift to those who come Opening Day– like a coupon for a percentage off a future purchase.
Place ads to annouce your opening and state of they bring the ad in, its good for another percentage off a purchase that day.

Have a contest with really awesome prizes. Try to get a radio station to come to your grand opening to do a live feed. Good luck.
