I was looking for something like that online. I am starting my own business not retail and i have been doing a lot of research.

It is legal however if the business name is not your legal name, then you will have to file for a license. And of course pay your taxes.

You do need a business license, which is free, You will also need to talk with an accountant because you will have to file taxes for this earned income.

Its perfectly legal. Ever thought where net-a-porter started? You can start small maybe with an eBay store, and make use of paypal payment service, its a bit easier than having to manage with the credit card companies.

as long as you have the knowledge to set up and run a business then, go for it
